Income & Expense Information Request (Due May 1)



Each year, the Property Appraiser's Office requests Income and Expense information from owners of income-producing commercial properties to help us understand local market conditions in order to accurately value properties as of January 1.

All information submitted is confidential under Florida Law. Your individual response is not used to directly value your property. Instead, the data is grouped with similar properties to help ensure fair and equitable assessments across property types.

What to do next:

  1. Select the correct Income & Expense form for your property type
  2. Complete and submit the form to our office (contact information provided on this page)
  3. Return by May 1st

    • NOTE: It requires searching for the property owner by name
  • Easier option: For the quickest experience, go to your Parcel Details page and click the I&E Forms link(Link image). This will take you directly to the form you need.

Important Notes

  • Is your property owner-occupied? If you do not lease any portion of the property to another individual or business, you may disregard this request
  • Recently bought or sold the property? Complete the form for the time you owned the property
  • Unusual conditions? Let us know about any unusual conditions that may affect value (such as extraordinary vacancies or poor building condition)
  • You may submit a profit and loss statement and a rent roll instead of completing the form
